The bed was super comfortable! The on-site restaurant had fantastic food, drinks, and service. The patio vibe was great, especially with fire tables to relax around. Staff were nice and very accommodating. I loved the personalized touch throughout my stay.

they had made a mistake on our reservation and upgraded for no extra charge.
I thought it was in poor taste to charge 79 cents a minute for a local call. especially when you are paying 200.00 a night for a room. It would be nice to have a restaurant in it that opened before 4:00

Location and parking (at rear side of building).
Lack of service and staff. Rooms were made up late in the afternoon. Staff consisted of one person at the front desk and two house maids. Room needed repairs. Bathroom sink was badly chipped. Hanger was missing from bathroom door. (Was previously broken off and painted over.) Carpet was not clean. Lack of towel rails in bathroom. No breakfast service, other than a pot of coffee. Hotel has a dreary, lifeless look throughout. Hotel is not worth the price.

The location in Rossland is convenient and picturesque.
The heating system left much to be desired, as I struggled to warm the room to a comfortable temperature and faced unexpected cold showers. The noise from adjacent rooms was quite disturbing.

Very disappointed we asked for a king bed and got a queen that felt like I was sleeping in a ditch, when I saw a queen and not a king I phoned down and the woman at the front dest argued with me and said we were in a king room she was mistaken and rude. When checking out the manager appoligized and took half the cost off the bill. It made for a very slow ski day the bed was horrible.
Opps wrong box we stayed one night instead of 2, because of such an uncomfortable bed.And only skied 1 day instead of 2.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from everything in town. I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the beautiful views from the windows. The attached restaurant served excellent meals, and the breakfast options were fantastic, especially the gluten-free choices. The air conditioning left something to be desired. It wasn't as cool as I expected. The bathroom setup was inconvenient, as the door was quite large and interfered with the toilet area. Parking was easy, a plus, but the lack of a soap holder in the handicap-accessible room was disappointing. The staff were helpful, but some aspects of the hotel felt neglected, like the maintenance of the hot tub and sauna. There's potential here. Just needs a bit more attention to detail.
